Read the following "luxury dog cage," I believe you've seen the cages will feel really "weak burst": energy heating, but also to keep the temperature within the range of 11 ℃ -15 ℃, plus a sets can be washed once every two hours to automatically set the cage bottom drainage. Such cages, said do not be regarded as luxury? In the winter, even if the dog is not a sofa, lived in such cages where presumably it will not be too sad.
This "luxury dog cage" is not produced by a high-tech company, but a citizen Chongwe Hefei nearly two months with his own hand-made out of. So an online cages appeared, immediately caused a lot of amazing friends and emulate, Chongwe voluntarily became their "technical director." Currently, a new generation of Chongwe "luxury dog cages" are forthcoming, he also planned to write a production of manuals, so that friends can learn interesting reference.
Production causes

Pregnant wife, dog winter to sleep balcony
Terrace house in Chongwe, the reporter saw the "luxury dog cage." At 11:00 on February 10, Hefei outdoor temperature of about 6 ℃, but the red value of the temperature controller on the cages where they show a temperature of 13.5 ℃. Reporters reached into cages, suddenly felt a warmth. And a pair of Teddy couple live there, I can see they are very comfortable to stay inside. They stretched out little pink tongue, kept craning out.
"I deliberately make such a dog cage is to them two little guys." Mr. Wei told reporters that in 2011, his wife was pregnant, for the health of the fetus, the family told him to take the dog away. Mr. Wei has been raised to a dog for two years, deep feelings. After discussion, Mr. Wei and his family eventually reached a consensus: the dog can not away, but only on the balcony.
Seeing the weather is getting cold, the dog on the balcony, it's easy to catch a cold. To make two small baby on the balcony could live comfortably, mechanical professional background of Chongwe,http://www.ipdiusa.com/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=327345, hands ready to make a "luxury dog cage", let the dog on the balcony and the ground can also be warm and winter.
Production process
He studied mechanical engineering to the dogs "on air-conditioned rooms, chaussure nike flash nike tn pas chere tn requin chaussure."
Have heating, but also a drain
Went ahead, Chongwe search first online material, but unfortunately, he found very little information on network-related, "but then I suddenly thought of before seen in a chicken farm in the heat lamp, and then think of fever tablets,http://www.hawaii.ne.jp/bigisland/cgi-bin/yybbs/yybbs.cgi, feel that this can be used. "
There is not enough light heating, Chongwe wondered, to take care of loved ones, and certainly less time to take care of the dog, so he prepared cages Rideau install a drainage system, automatic washing the dog's excrement. After all, mechanical engineering graduate, time of day, Chongwe basically determine the "luxury dog cages" production ideas. But then the selection of links,http://www.ramune.sakura.ne.jp/cgi/nenrin_bbs/petit.cgi, however, he had spent a month.
"Need to use a lot of material, after all, is the first production, a lot of things go through constant comparison and debugging, with much size, how much power, must be considered. Some materials can not buy the finished product, had in his own thinking to find a friend to order. "
So, Mr. Wei will take fans inside the computer chassis down, heating film selected about 100 watts of power; for security reasons, he deliberately installed a temperature protection, to avoid overheating, burning fan; in order to allow drainage can automatically control, he purchased a cycle timer switch ......
It was so busy the whole month, complete with materials considered basic.
The installation process took twenty days
Material preparation complete, air max limited edition, the installation is not easy, "you have to take into account each of the parts installed in what position, how connected the wires, do not let the dog bites, if there is no clear idea of the brain, you can hardly installed."
Chongwe whole installation process took 20 days, the period is the situation continued, "sealed inadequate,http://www.xmarks.com/s/site/www.tadayumi.sakura.ne.jp/apeboard_plus.cgi/ning,/, resulting in an outflow Heating cage, I was in the cages wrapped around and on top of a layer of transparent PVC plate,http://bizkhan.tistory.com, separating it from the outside." In addition, Mr. Wei said that there have been drainage situation:. "highly inadequate drainage device aside, though capable of the water,http://artemisglobal.org/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1197495, but it is easy to spill the dog's body."
There are one of the most dangerous, due to the start temperature protection is not installed, resulting in future electricity plastic plate heat deformation, "It was a good thing I was crouched there for debugging, see plastic plates bear temperature slowly, gradually deformed, I quickly put the power to shut up, and if no one with, the consequences will be unimaginable. "
After continuous experiment, cages finally making a success, from the end of 2011 officially put into use, good results.
Gratifying results

"Luxury cages" so many people envy, as well as friends seeking guidance
Temperature can be maintained,http://beekman33.com/forums/profile.php?id=63827, to regularly flush
With this fantastic ever since cages, only dogs live comfortably, Chongwe also worry a lot. Cages wrapped in a layer of transparent PVC board among the top left corner of the red value of the temperature controller occasionally changing. Mr. Wei told reporters that the air conditioning system can not only warm, nike twilight nike blazer pas cher pour homme vente nike tn, but also to always keep the temperature within the range of 11 ℃ -15 ℃.
"By switching power supply current, the voltage of 220 volts into a voltage of 12 volts, and then transported to the heating element, heating heating, and then by the fans will warm breezes into the cages in which there is a device called the temperature controller, outlet hogan puglia scarpe hogan interactive donna hogan olympia uomo, you can be pre-set temperature, for example, I set a minimum temperature of 11 degrees up to 15 degrees. When the cage temperature below 11 degrees, the device will automatically start the heating, the time when the temperature is higher than 15 degrees, device will stop working. "
Air conditioning with similar cages placed in the bottom of the drain flushing device can also be timed. "Time can regulate their own,http://www.matsue-yado.com/otoku/clip.cgi, first set a good time on the cycle time switch, then the time comes, will be within the solenoid valve is energized, flow through the pipe at the bottom, ejected for cleaning. I am currently set for every two hours Automatic cleaning once. "
"Luxury cages" attracted netizens exclaimed
Engage the whole cages down, count the material together, it took less than 500 yuan, "the current 100W of power to count, acquista hogan online interactive hogan hogan offerte on line, probably only use once every ten hours of electricity, electricity is not expensive."
Chongwe own cages sun to the Internet, immediately attracted many users wonder and imitation. For a time, many people sent messages to Chongwe online, asking him to give guidance. Mr. Wei is also very enthusiastic, voluntarily became everyone's "technical director."
"Some people just follow my thinking to buy the material, and then install their own, but without success, I would go to guide us home. There is a pet store, I have time to help them free to do two similar cages."
Mr. Wei told reporters, saw a lot of people are interested in, he was ready to write a detailed production manuals on the Internet, so that more people are able to learn from the reference.

Soon after the advent of a new generation of more powerful cages week
In Chongwe home, put a new cage, but also filled with a lot of side parts and tools. It turned out that he was prepared on the basis of the first generation of cages, do an upgraded version of the cages out: not only heating can also be cooling.
"I have also summarized some experience, as well as the works of the first generation of imperfections, I would like to be able to add new pieces inside go." Talking about the second generation works, Chongwe but confident, materials have been fully prepared, and sent the final installation debugging.
His own analysis of what roughly, compared the first generation of cages, this second generation of products will have three major advantages, "the first is more powerful, on the basis of the original function, increased cooling capabilities. The first The second is a more environmentally friendly energy, the machine is almost no noise during operation, small size and more energy efficient. The third is more secure, I enrich the temperature protection features, you can achieve self-control. "
Chongwe It is estimated that about another week, a new generation of "luxury dog cage" will come out, "I will not speak specifically to the time we read to know!"
